Thực trạng chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh suy tim điều trị nội trú tại Viện Tim mạch Việt Nam, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai năm 2023 và một số yếu tố liên quan

Đặt vấn đề: Suy tim là một trong những nguyên nhân hàng đầu gây nhập viện và gia tăng tỷ lệ tử vong ở mọi lứa tuổi có ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng tới chất lượng cuộc sống (CLCS) của người bệnh.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng CLCS và các yếu tố liên quan đến CLCS của người bệnh suy tim điều trị nội trú.
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 250 người bệnh suy tim điều trị nội trú, sử dụng bộ câu hỏi đánh giá CLCS của bệnh suy tim MLHFQ (The Minnesota Living with heart failure questionnaire).
Kết quả: 70% số người bệnh suy tim tham gia nghiên cứu có CLCS ở mức kém. Nhóm tuổi, nghề nghiệp và nơi sinh sống có liên quan đến CLCS của người bệnh (p<0,05).
Kết luận: CLCS của người bệnh suy tim tham gia nghiên cứu hầu hết ở mức kém. Vì vậy, trong quá trình điều trị và chăm sóc cần lưu ý đến các đối tượng trên và có biện pháp điều trị chăm sóc thích hợp giúp cải thiện CLCS cho người bệnh.
