Biến chứng thủng vách liên thất ở bệnh nhân nhồi máu cơ tim cấp
Tóm tắt
Nhồi máu cơ tim cấp là một trong những nguyên nhân hàng đầu gây tử vong với tỷ lệ mắc ngày càng tăng. Ước tính ở châu Âu có khoảng 1,8 triệu người tử vong hàng năm do bệnh tim thiếu máu cục bộ, chiếm khoảng 20% tổng số tử vong do mọi nguyên nhân [1]. Năm 2009, ở Mỹ có khoảng 683.000 bệnh nhân nhập viện vì hội chứng vành cấp. Tỷ lệ mắc nhồi máu cơ tim có ST chênh lên ở Mỹ đã giảm từ 133 ca/100.000 người/năm vào năm 1999 xuống còn 50 ca/100.000 người/năm vào năm 2008 [2]. Trong khi đó, tỷ lệ này ở Châu Âu là 43-144 ca/100.000 người/năm [3].
