Nhịp nhanh xoang không thích hợp (NNXKTH) là hội chứng lâm sàng đặc trưng bởi tình trạng nhịp nhanh xoang không giải thích được bởi nhu cầu sinh lý, xuất hiện khi nghỉ, khi gắng sức nhẹ hoặc trong giai đoạn hồi phục sau gắng sức. Bệnh nhân mắc NNXKTH có thể có nhiều triệu chứng với các mức độ biểu hiện khác nhau. Khác với nhịp nhanh xoang thường là thoáng qua và có các nguyên nhân có thể phục hồi (như sốt, căng thẳng, thiếu máu…), NNXKTH là tình trạng nhịp nhanh xoang kéo dài, với cơ chế bệnh sinh phức tạp hơn. Ở đây, chúng tôi cùng tìm hiểu về bệnh lý này cũng như cơ chế và cập nhật các phương pháp điều trị bệnh.
